Delivery company sent me a photo of the pc left on my doorstep when I weren’t at home. I had requested delivery to a neighbour. When I arrived home pc was gone. Not with neighbour. I had received correspondence from delivery company proving this. I contacted the company and they said they needed to liaise with the delivery company. I gave them time to do this. They have had no response. They have stopped responding to me and not issued a refund. I will be reporting this to all relevant people. Oh and by the way, they take no responsibility for a negative review and arrogantly respond on trust pilot to all negativity with ‘now for the facts’ I mean that in itself says it all really! Just avoid this company completely. If they mess up you will get no help and if you complain you will be made to look like a liar. Like all people who had anything negative to say were made to look! They can’t accept any responsibility. Terrible company.

I have shopped here at Spartan for varied tech over the years and Spartan have never failed yet to provide quality products and service. My latest purchase is by no mans a compromise to their professed service ethics and i am very happy with it. To Spartan DMS I say thanks and if needs be I will be back.
