Our (charity) organisation has been with OLCO for years, design and managing the hosting of our website. The service has always been good, we have seen no need to change. Recently there was a temporary glitch with our website out of hours, during a busy period for us. I emailed OLCO, expecting response the next working day, but was surprised to get a detailed reply with analysis that same evening. There was also plan laid for action should the glitch recur. It didn't recur, either wasn't going to, or because of measures taken by OLCO. Overall this response was more prompt and more detailed than I reasonably expected and maintained our website throughout our busy period. It's rare we have problems with our website, or need additional support from OLCO, but if/when we do the response has always been prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.

Ollie talked me thru the whole web design before designing it and therefore there were very few changes that needed to be implemented when the draft was done. We have had several comments from new customers who had chosen us because the web site looked the most professional. I cannot give Ollie enough praise to how well his design has transformed the leads it has brought us. Thank you Ollie and his team.
