The Basics package has all the functionality you need to get up and running with a brochure website. This type of website is aimed at getting people to know your brand, what you do and to get in touch via email or phone.
The Professional package includes increased functionality, such as booking systems, which let customers interact with you site in a way which is more than filling out a contact form. This can be anything and everything you can thing of and there are a few exmples listed in the packages section above.
Finally, the Premier package includes everything from the previous packages but also includes an ecommerce element.
Lets look at an example of a hair salon company. If the company only wants people to call from their website then The Basics package would suffice.
However, if they would like people to book appointments through their website, then they would need the Professional package.
And finally, if they would like people to book online but also want to sell merch and hair care products then they would need the Premier package.

Most of the times, we tend to do some research before we buy or do anything. I have done my share of researching about creating a website for my physio clinic. I have come across many people who promised me a lot. I was specific in what I wanted. At the end of the day, it is my business and I would like to have a good website where people can visit and can improve my business.
I spoke to Matt and I felt comfortable speaking and putting my ideas of how I want the website to be and his ideas and suggestions were exactly what I was thinking of. His forethinking of how a healthcare side of business website has to be is excellent although he knows little about healthcare but still he acquired enough knowledge and suggested me wonderful things to add to the website.

thomas young5 StarThe website provided was much flashier than anticipated, a bonus for us and testimony to their design team. It took a couple of revisions before we were happy with the final product but Matt was always happy to help with our extra requests and suggestions that were not in the initial spec. He never made us feel like a bother.

Matt, our personal developer, gave us a clean web design that met the brief we discussed before the project and we couldn’t be happier.
